Nigerian billionaire **Ochacho** has reportedly clarified the ownership arrangement surrounding the house he presented to popular content creator **Peller** as a wedding gift.
During a TikTok Live session, Peller reportedly asked about the property documents, prompting Ochacho to explain that the house was not being transferred into Peller's name.
According to Ochacho, Peller can continue living in the property without paying rent and should simply enjoy the house. However, he explained that the property is ultimately intended for his son and will remain within the family.
